Our newest specialty coffee is crafted from Arabica cherries fermented for 36 hours with a jackfruit-based starter culture. The cherries are then carefully dried on raised beds,allowing for slow,even moisture reduction and enhanced clarity. The result is a vibrant cup with layered sweetness, expressive fruit character, and a refined aromatic finish.
