Bloom multiplier

A 1:16 ratio is a reliable starting point. Want a stronger cup? Move toward 1:15. Brighter and lighter? Toward 1:18. Bloom with 2–3× the coffee weight in water for 30–45 seconds before the main pour.

Want these built into a full brew? Every recipe carries its exact grind, ratio, and timing — pick one, or build your own with live ratio math and a step timeline, then let the voice coach walk you through every pour hands-free.
