From the roaster

Classic coffee introduces Grappa Fermentation Coffee. Post-harvest, whole cherries are washed & then stored in an airtight container for formentation, along with the introduction of an in-house developed grappa bacteria, which eats the sugar content present & thereby imparting flavours of citrus, grape & jaggery. Flavour Notes: Jack Fruit (Biluva), Raisins, Fig, Sweet Citron & Brandy
