Our Natraj coffee is a blend of coffee and chicory. Chicory plant has a single, long and thick root which is dried, roasted, ground and blended with coffee. It gives a more "roasted" flavor and thickness to the coffee. Tasting Notes Devans Natraj blend has 70% coffee and 30% chicory. This coffee is ideally made in traditional South Indian drip filters. Strong, bittersweet cup of coffee enjoyed by our South Indian traditionalists.
