Following fermentation, the cherries are carefully sun-dried for 10 days before being rested and aged as green coffee for over 8 months, allowing the flavours to deepen and mature beautifully. Roasted specifically as a vienna dark roast, this coffee delivers a bold and decadent cup with reduced acidity and a rich, creamy body.
