How to brew

Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

Add 80 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Quickly pour 550 g of hot water into the brew chamber.

Stir gently.

Fasten the filter cap and let sit.

Press slowly into the cup.

Separate the brew evenly into 4 to 6 cups. Top up each cup with hot water to taste.
