Alternative Brewing — Espresso
This recipe requires the Fellow Prismo attachment, a valve which increases pressure to get closer to a true espresso. While the inverted method is usually unnecessary when brewing with the Prismo, Alternative Brewing's recipe uses it in order to remove excess air.
