- 200 grams of 93ºC water
How to brew

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground slightly finer than sea salt.

Pour 30 g of hot water over the grounds.

Tamp the grounds with the paddle or a butter knife and let bloom.

Pour an additional 170 g of hot water and let steep.

Stir 10 times.
