    Rinse the filter, preheat the brewer, and add 17 g ground coffee.

    Pour to 51 g and wait until 0:45.

    Pour to 135 g by 1:15 using circular motion.

    At 1:30, pour gently to 200 g by 1:50.

    At 2:00, pour gently to 270 g and let draw down.
