How to brew
- 1
Add 13 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.
- 2
Pour 50 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds.
- 3
Give it a stir. Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.
- 4
Remove the plunger and add an additional 150 g of hot water. It should be a relatively quick pour.
- 5
Reinsert the plunger and let sit.
- 6
Slowly press into the cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.
