Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

- 200 grams of 88ºC water
How to brew

Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

Add 14 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. Give it a shake to even out the grounds.

Pour 200 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds.

Stir vigorously with a pair of chopsticks.

Fasten the filter cap and let sit.

Flip the AeroPress and press very slowly into a cup.
