Good Coffee Vibes — Iced Coffee

GRecipe by Good Coffee Vibes·aeromatic.app

This recipe makes a delicious blast-chilled iced coffee by plunging directly over ice. The brew is a bit stronger than for a hot coffee, since some of the ice will melt and dilute it.

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of ground coffee
  • 150 grams of 93ºC water

How to brew

  1. 1

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

  2. 2

Fill a medium-sized glass with 8 to 10 ice cubes.

  3. 3

Add 30 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

  4. 4

Pour 100 g of hot water over the coffee. Twist the AeroPress as you pour to help saturate all the grounds.

  5. 5

    Stir using the paddle.

  6. 6

Pour an additional 50 g of hot water.

  7. 7

Fasten the filter cap and let sit.

  8. 8

Flip the AeroPress, give it a swirl, and press into the glass. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.
