- 250 grams of 97ºC water
How to brew

Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

Add 16 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 35 g of hot water over the grounds.

Immediately stir with the paddle to ensure the water saturates the grounds. Let bloom.

Pour an additional 215 g of hot water.

Stir back and forth.

Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.

Gently but firmly and slowly, press into the cup until the plunger is completely pressed against the coffee grounds. This should take at least 30 seconds.
