How to brew

    Rinse the filter and preheat the brewer.

  2. 2

    Add 15 g coffee, bloom with 30 g water, and swirl to saturate.

  3. 3

    At 0:45, pour to 150 g by about 1:15.

  4. 4

    Continue to 250 g by about 1:45.

    Gently stir or swirl to level the bed and let draw down.
