Place a paper filter on top of the Prismo metal filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber.

Ingredients

  • 23 grams of ground coffee
  • 300 grams of 96ºC water

How to brew

    Place a paper filter on top of the Prismo metal filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber.

    Add 23 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Pour 50 g of hot water over the coffee. Give the AeroPress a swirl and let bloom.

    Pour an additional 225 g of hot water.

  5. 5

    Use a spoon to make sure all the coffee is in contact with the water, then let sit.

  6. 6

    Insert the plunger and press into the cup.

  7. 7

    Add an additional 25 g of hot water to the extracted coffee and give it a stir.
