Lance Hedrick Dark Roast

LRecipe by Lance Hedrick Dark Roast·aeromatic.app

This recipe shines with dark roasts, older coffee, or decaf, softening roastiness while bringing out acidity. It works with the Prismo, Flow Control, or a standard paper filter.

This target sits near the edge of the Comandante C40 MK4's range — it can do it, but you'll be close to the stops. Settings are approximate community estimates. Use them as a starting point, then taste: more bitter → go coarser, more sour → go finer.
