How to brew

If using a paper filter, place in the filter cap and wet.

Add 30 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 120 g of hot water over the grounds.

Stir vigorously to agitate the grounds.

Push the plunger down slightly to remove the air gap at the top, then let sit.

Attach the filter cap, flip the AeroPress, and press into a cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.

Add 80 g to 120 g of hot water to the cup, to taste.
