Ingredients

  • 20 grams of ground coffee
  • 120 grams of 85ºC water

How to brew

  1. 1

If using a paper filter, place in the filter cap and wet.

  2. 2

Add 20 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

  3. 3

Pour 120 g of hot water over the grounds.

  4. 4

Stir vigorously to agitate the grounds.

  5. 5

Push the plunger down slightly to remove the air gap at the top, then let sit.

  6. 6

Fasten the filter cap, place a cup on top, and give the AeroPress a swirl.

  7. 7

Flip the AeroPress and press into the cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.

  8. 8

Add 60 g to 100 g of hot water to the cup, to taste.
