- 20 grams of ground coffee
- 120 grams of 85ºC water
How to brew

If using a paper filter, place in the filter cap and wet.

Add 20 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 120 g of hot water over the grounds.

Stir vigorously to agitate the grounds.

Push the plunger down slightly to remove the air gap at the top, then let sit.

Fasten the filter cap, place a cup on top, and give the AeroPress a swirl.

Flip the AeroPress and press into the cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.

Add 60 g to 100 g of hot water to the cup, to taste.
