Michael Fabian

MRecipe by Michael Fabian·aeromatic.app

This recipe requires the Fellow Prismo attachment. The goal is to mimic the Clover brewing system while being as simple as possible — the creator calls it an “anti-brew guide,” since it avoids the complicated steps of other AeroPress recipes.

Ingredients

  • 15 grams of ground coffee
  • 210 grams of 100ºC water

How to brew

  1. 1

Place a paper filter on top of the Prismo metal filter. Don't rinse the paper filter.

  2. 2

Add 15 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground somewhere between the coarse end of espresso range to a single-cup V60.

  3. 3

Pour 210 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds.

  4. 4

    Let steep.

  5. 5

Insert the plunger and press into the cup.
