20 g coffee · 300 g water
Insert a paper filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. Place over a cup and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

- 20 grams of ground coffee
- 300 grams of 99ºC water
How to brew

Insert a paper filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. Place over a cup and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

Add 20 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Add 200 g of hot water. Pour into the side of the brew chamber while simultaneously spinning the AeroPress to ensure the grounds are fully saturated.

Stir 3 times.

Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.

Remove the plunger and stir 3 more times.

Reinsert the plunger and gently press into the cup. Keep pressing all the way through the hiss.

Top up the brew with 100 g of hot water.
