Ingredients

  • 20 grams of ground coffee
  • 300 grams of 99ºC water

How to brew

  1. 1

Insert a paper filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. Place over a cup and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

  2. 2

Add 20 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

  3. 3

Add 200 g of hot water. Pour into the side of the brew chamber while simultaneously spinning the AeroPress to ensure the grounds are fully saturated.

  4. 4

    Stir 3 times.

  5. 5

Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.

  6. 6

Remove the plunger and stir 3 more times.

  7. 7

Reinsert the plunger and gently press into the cup. Keep pressing all the way through the hiss.

  8. 8

Top up the brew with 100 g of hot water.
