Ingredients

  • 17 grams of ground coffee
  • 220 grams of 96ºC water

How to brew

  1. 1

Insert a paper filter in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber. Place over a cup and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

  2. 2

Add 17 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber. It should be ground on the finer side, about the consistency of table salt.

  3. 3

Pour 220 g of hot water over the grounds. Make sure all the grounds are saturated within the first 10 seconds.

  4. 4

Give it a stir. Insert the plunger at the top of the brew chamber and lift up slightly to create a seal. Let steep.

  5. 5

Remove the plunger and give another stir.

  6. 6

Reinsert the plunger and slowly press into a cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.
