The Coffee Compass
Michael Butterworth is a coffee writer and consultant, and he calls this recipe “the only AeroPress recipe you'll ever need.” He recommends using a higher temperature and longer brew time for a sweeter, more delicious cup. Use two filters to keep any sediment out of your brew.
