How to brew

Fold, insert, rinse, and preheat the pour over and serving vessel.

Grind 21 g medium-fine, add to the filter, flatten the bed, and zero the scale.

At 0:00, pour 60-70 g quickly to saturate the bed.

At 0:40, pour in circles to 215 g by about 1:10.

At 1:45 or before the bed is exposed, pour to 374 g by about 2:25.

Swirl the brewer to wash grounds from the filter wall back into the bed.
