How to brew

    Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

    Add 18.3 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Pour 40 g of hot water over the coffee and let bloom.

    Pour an additional 210 g of hot water.

    Insert the plunger and press into a cup. Stop when you hear a hissing sound.
