How to brew

    Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

    Add 16.5 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Pour 40 g of hot water over the grounds.

    Stir 5 times.

    Pour an additional 210 g of hot water and stir once.
