Lukas Zahradnik is a Slovakian barista. He recommends using a Kenyan coffee, but otherwise any washed coffee with high density will work fine. The grind should be a bit coarser than an espresso setting.

- 230 grams of 79ºC water
How to brew

Rinse the filter and preheat all your AeroPress equipment with 79ºC water for 15 seconds.

Add 20 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 60 g of hot water over the grounds.

Give the AeroPress a turbulent wiggle.

Pour an additional 170 g of hot water.

Fasten the filter cap, flip, and press into a cup.
