WAC 2017 Winner

PRecipe by Paulina Miczka·aeromatic.app

This makes a larger serving that can be shared by two people. By first creating a concentrate and then diluting with water, the sweeter, fruitier components of the coffee are highlighted. If you have a refractometer, aim for a TDS of 4.5% in the concentrate.

This target sits near the edge of the Comandante C40 MK4's range — it can do it, but you'll be close to the stops. Settings are approximate community estimates. Use them as a starting point, then taste: more bitter → go coarser, more sour → go finer.
