WAC 2018 Runner-Up
This recipe uses two different grind sizes for a bit of flavor diversity. Add a sprinkle of very finely ground coffee towards the end of the extraction for that magical touch.

How to brew

Insert a paper filter in the cap and rinse with cold water.

Add 30 g of very coarsely ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 100 g of hot water over the grounds.

Stir continuously.

Pour an additional 70 g of hot water.

Add 1 g of very finely ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Fasten the filter cap, flip, and press into a cup.

Top up the brew with 50 g of hot water.
