  • 164 grams of 89ºC water

How to brew

    Place a paper filter in the cap and rinse with hot water.

    Add 16 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Pour 84 g of hot water over the coffee and let bloom.

    Stir with a chopstick.

    Let steep.

    Add 2 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Stir with a chopstick.

    Push out any excess air, attach the filter cap, and let sit.

    Flip the AeroPress and press into a cup.

    Add 40 g of room temperature water to the cup.
