How to brew

Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 50 g of hot water over the coffee and let bloom.

Pour an additional 175 g of hot water to reach a total of 225 g.

Stir gently in a north-south-east-west motion.

Let steep.

Insert the plunger and press into the cup.

Top up the brew with 20 g of hot water.
