Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

- 186 grams of 88ºC water
How to brew

Place two paper filters in the cap and rinse with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

Pour 100 g of hot water using a fast, circular motion to saturate all the grounds.

Stir 5 times in a north-south, west-east pattern.

Fasten the filter cap and push out any excess air. Let steep.

Flip the AeroPress onto a cup.

Carefully swirl the AeroPress to mix and steep the coffee.

Slowly press into the cup. Stop when the output reaches 66 g.

Top up the brew with hot water to a final weight of 152 g.

Cool the brew down to 54ºC.
