How to brew

    Place two paper filters in the cap and attach it to the brew chamber.

    Add 70 g of 50ºC water to the cup.

    Add 18 g of ground coffee to the brew chamber.

    Pour 100 g of 84ºC water over the coffee and let steep.

    Stir north-south, north-south, west-east, west-east.

    Let steep.

    Press gently into the cup.
