How to brew

Add water to the bottom chamber up to the safety valve.

Fill the basket with 25 g of fine coffee and level it off without tamping.

Assemble the moka pot and place it over low heat.

Brew gently until coffee rises into the top chamber.

Remove the pot from heat when the top chamber is about half to three-quarters full and before aggressive sputtering.

Stir the brewed coffee in the upper chamber and pour immediately.
