Ingredients

  • 18 g ground coffee
  • 180 g water

How to brew

  1. 1

Add preheated water to the lower chamber up to the valve.

  2. 2

Fill the basket with 18 g of medium-fine coffee and level it without tamping.

  3. 3

Place a damp AeroPress paper filter above the grounds before assembling if you want a cleaner cup.

  4. 4

Start over medium heat, then reduce to low once coffee begins to emerge.

  5. 5

Remove from heat at the first sputter or when the flow becomes pale.

  6. 6

Serve immediately while the cup is still sweet and concentrated.
