Grind 32 g of coffee very coarse and add it to the empty press.

Start the timer and pour 500 g of hot water over the grounds.

After about 30 seconds, stir gently to make sure all the grounds are fully wet.

Set the lid on without plunging and let the coffee steep until 4:00.

Press down slowly and steadily, then pour out all the coffee by 4:30.
